Decades Challenge TS4: 1890s Chapter 4

 After almost ten years, the house had undertaken great renovations.

The financial situation of the family allowed Mr. McPherson to order better building materials and give the old farm house a wonderful new appearance. Verity had asked for window flower pots and her husband had to agree that they made the house look very fancy.

They added a fence around the backyard and the green color of the siding was soothing to the eye.

Now, Verity was happy, but exhausted. It was not surprising that she even forgot to get dressed on some days.

Vance at least had the option to get away to do some fishing. He used to spend long hours by the beach cove.

Verity had no luxury, though. With one child, and four toddlers in the house, there was always something to do.

Always a little one who needed their momma.

Especially with the new baby. Her second girl was noisy indeed. Yes, Verity was definitely exhausted.
